Kaloko for agencies
Your agents build faster than your clients can review. Kaloko turns each delivery into a canvas the client opens with one link, comments on and approves; you keep the record of who accepted what.
Sounds familiar
- The client approved the PDF, not the site.
- Every language version is a separate round of screenshots.
- Feedback arrives by e-mail, call and Slack, and half of it is lost.
How Kaloko helps
- One project per client
Projects group the scenarios of one client; the client sees runs, not your repository.
- Clients review for free
Viewers are free and unlimited in every plan; required approvers decide when a run counts as accepted.
- The agent handles the notes
Returned steps and comments go back to the agent through the CLI or MCP; it answers each one with what changed.

Situations
Which plan fits?
Team covers most agencies: required approvers, public run links, MCP and Slack, with clients as free viewers. Compare plans →
Questions
- Does the client need a paid seat or a password?
- No. Viewers are free and unlimited in every plan, and they sign in with a one-time link sent to their e-mail, so there is no password to set up or forget.
- Can someone outside the organization see a run?
- Yes, through a public read-only link, for example for a stakeholder who only needs to look. Free allows one public run, Team and up have no limit, and the link stops working as soon as the run is made private again.
- What happens to the notes the client leaves?
- Each note stays on the step and screen it belongs to. Your agent reads the open ones with kaloko feedback, fixes them and answers every comment; the next run shows the client what changed.
- How long are runs kept?
- 30 days on Free, 90 days on Team and a year on Business, where accepted runs are kept for good. Team and up can also export a run as a zip for the project archive.
