The problem

The client approves a PDF of screenshots, and two weeks later says that is not what they saw.

Walk the checkout flow from TASK-123 on staging in Czech and English, on desktop and mobile, share the run in Kaloko and give me the link for the client. When the client returns a step, fix it and answer their comment.

The agent writes the scenario if there is none, captures every step, shares the canvas and later reads the client’s notes with kaloko feedback.

Why it holds

• Clients are free viewers

  Viewers read, comment, approve and return runs in every plan, without a seat. They sign in with a one-time link sent to their e-mail.

• A stamp with a name

  Each step is approved or returned with a note; the run gets a verdict. The history keeps who decided what and when.

• Required approvers

  Name the people who must approve. The run counts as accepted only once each of them has, and they find every new run in their inbox (Team and up).

• For people who do not read canvases

  Replay takes them through the flow one step at a time and lets them choose at every decision. A link can open one specific step and criterion.
